Job Description

In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. The focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with day to day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets

  • Resolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessary

  • Provide training to clients on Nielsen tools and solutions

  • Analyze and interpret sales data + One Nielsen portfolio data

  • Deliver final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue-based) building a story and final recommendations

  • Lead client meetings and presentations over the phone and in-person 

  • Independently discusses analysis design to best answer client questions with business partner/client

  • Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, Nielsen services and the broader industry

Required Skills

  • High level of client service skills

  • Understanding of growth and brand strategy

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills

  • min. 2+ years of experience in Marketing Research
