As Data Coordinator you will be responsible for a consistently high level of data quality. You will work on day-to-day projects to standardize processes and initiatives and support operational and commercial teams to deliver high quality data to our clients.


Daily tasks

  • Day-to-day operational support (non-customer facing) for our Data Management Services

  • Regular analysis of data output for errors, inconsistencies and incompatibilities, followed by setting up and monitoring on action plans to improve data quality

  • Supporting internal teams with ordering and processing items

  • Collaborating in documentation for internal and external use, e.g. user guides, instruction videos, training material

  • Identifying (technical) bugs and queries and supporting in investigating possible solutions with technical teams

Longer term tasks

  • Advising on the integration with several data pools and systems for optimized use.

  • Advising on implementation and improving data models (automation, validations, data rule updates, industry requirements)

  • Supporting in data migrations,  by keeping control of data quality, management and monitoring of the planning

  • Supporting customers in data management (functionalities, possibilities, application of fields)

About you

In our Operations Team in Houten, you will develop vast knowledge of complex data processing and automation of daily workflows by participating in project teams. You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which we believe you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained if needed. 


  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent working experience within data entry/processes 

  • Business English and fluent Dutch is obligatory (French is a plus)

  • Experience in online grocery/FMCG

  • Experience with Google products

  • Understanding data tools and technologies

  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

  • Attention to detail
