Job Description


  • Day-to-day management of clients’ accounts contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets, including client-facing responsibilities.

  • Operate within the framework of the account plan and provide input into the detail of what needs to be delivered within what timeframes.

  • Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to data and other key aspects that impact client deliverables. Liaise with other teams as necessary (e.g. operations, off-shore partners, technology and data science) to solve client business questions and inquiries

  • Develop and deliver insights and recommendations that are aligned to client objectives and that have quantifiable value for the client, contribute to client meetings providing insight and expertise.

  • Assist with pricing, contract requests, and orders to invoice

  • Work closely with other Nielsen teams to ensure all work is connected to client business issues and is delivered according to established timelines and in a way that contributes to driving client outcomes

  • Identify revenue opportunities at clients by discerning client needs and highlighting specialist consultancy as appropriate.

  • Support and take part in campaigns and initiatives driven by the Commercial team 

  • Share knowledge and contribute information about industry/client with the team.


  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written

  • Fluent Bulgarian is a must

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets/Slides

  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills

  • Ability to work in a high-performance team

  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders until resolution 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Students last year
