Job Description

Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for the 1st line support of feeds to data consumers. The role requires you to have a good blend of both customer & technical skills as you will often be required to talk with both commercial & technical contacts.

This leads to:

  • Improved time to resolution 

  • Providing the known first point of contact for all Integration Incidents and Service requests 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support for internal & external customers

  • Day to day management of the Integration IT Service Management tool, making sure SLAs are met by responding to and resolving tickets in a timely manner.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of every aspect of the Brandbank service.

  • Dealing with commercial and technical personnel at all levels.

  • An understanding of consumer content and/or online retail industry and related technologies.

  • Monitoring Integration services to ensure agreed uptime is met.

  • Perform troubleshooting on integration production issues and recommend appropriate solutions and monitor all integration maintenance activities.

  • Setting up new client standard feeds, working with the client and internal teams.
