Nielsen (India) Private Limited dépose une demande de scission de son activité média dans Neurofocus Systems & Services Private Limited.

Mumbai, le 17 août 2020-Un plan d'arrangement entre Nielsen (India) Private Limited (" société scindée ") et Neurofocus Systems & Services Private Limited (" société résultante ") et leurs actionnaires respectifs en vertu de la section 230-232 de la loi sur les sociétés de 2013 a été déposé auprès du NCLT Mumbai bench (" NCLT ") pour son approbation sur la proposition de scission de l'entreprise scindée de la société scindée dans la société résultante. La pétition est fixée pour une audience finale devant le NCLT le 2 septembre 2020.

En conséquence, comme indiqué par le NCLT dans son ordonnance du 28 juillet 2020, nous avons joint les documents suivants pour votre référence :

2) Copie de l'avis signifié au Registrar of Companies.

3) Copie de l'avis signifié au commissaire adjoint de l'impôt sur le revenu.
