About the job

Candidate will  be responsible for P2P function including creation of processes, ensuring timely Employee and freelancer payments for smooth business operations, managing employee and freelancer reconciliations and ageing


  • Managing all day to day freelancer and employee transection of PAN India

  • Co-ordination with field controller and business team for smooth running of business

  • Ensure freelancer KYC compliances is followed related

  • Ensuring timely payments & refund to employee and freelancer.

  • Ensuring employee and freelancer accounting on time

  • Employee & freelancer ledger reconciliations and balance confirmations.

  • Employee and freelancer ageing management

About you

This candidate will be closely working with internal stakeholders and inter teams for any accounts payable related activities, should have an eye for data checks, good business acumen and have integrity that foster an open and positive work environment and an ethical approach.


  • Any Graduate in Commerce (B.Com /M.Com)

  • Candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience and thorough understanding of P2P cycle

  • Candidate from Service/Manufacturing industry will suit the role best

  • Should have worked and well versed with concur, SAP, Ms office

  • Candidate should be a good communicator , team player 

  • Knowledge of SAP FICO module systems will be added advantage
