ABOUT THIS JOB

This position serves crucial role in supporting researcher and ensuring that logistic works for Qualitative projects runs smoothly and professionally under our fast pace business. He or she is expected to take active role in planning and manage time to be able to support a number of logistic works from different projects that mostly come at the same time with minimal mistake in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for logistic works relate to Qualitative research projects

Pre fieldwork

●      Develop contract (PCF) and make sure it is signed from client in time for project to start

●      Create Protrack in the system for commissioned project, fill in information needed to proceed approval, and make sure key information (i.e. start date, end date) is always up to date

●      Request job number in the system

●       Check availability & price of hotel & flight for UPC project and proceeding booking

●      Manage freelance vendor(i.e. freelance analyst & moderator, simultaneous translator) in terms of slot booking and request cost approval from team lead

●      Stimulus preparation

●       Print fieldwork schedule & discussion guide

Post fieldwork

●       Coordinate with freelance in sending vendor document, checking correctness of document and proceed to finance for fee collection

●      Follow up PO from client and make sure updated status with finance
