Job Title: Analyst

Reports to : Operations Manager

Location: Queensbury, NY / Oldsmar FL


Job Purpose: 

Responsible for researching, scheduling, producing, analyzing, and delivering multiple reports/projects of moderate complexity simultaneously and on schedule.


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Execute procedures to meet internal / external SLA’s, quality

  • Train and certify (where applicable) on business policy and standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, business policy
  • Follow schedule
  • Work with process coordinators to develop and update procedures
  • Implement new process improvement and programs
  • Escalate issues, queries to manager / operations incident management
  • Identify opportunities for procedure improvement
  • Work with clients to complete day to day BAU activities
  • Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as required by the business
  • Perform quality checks to ensure integrity of data for clients and down stream systems
  • Data entry
  • Verify system functionality and validation of reporting for Clients
  • Respon to client inquires direct or indirect via the change requests and Issuetrak process and/or via Client Service Rep’s
  • Research and respond to E&Y Auditing requests to meet established SLAs
  • Assist Process Lead/Delivery Lead with creation of and data gathering for KPI & Metrics
  • Assist Process Lead/Delivery Lead with UAT Testing for new software releases
  • Handle Level 2 Support issues escalated from Offshore partners




  • 2 year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience

  • Proven record of delivering quality results on time with high attention to detail 

  • Uses logic to analyze data and capability to draw conclusions and convey results

  • Effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proficient with use of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others

  • Must be able to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours, as required
