Deliver impactfully, value-added analytics and reporting that answer key client business questions to enable
growth and increasing client satisfaction.
Drive data query for resolution.
Have a deep understanding of client categories and business issues and be the custodian of their
Interrogate the databases for any quality issues and ensure that the reports reflect the client view
Deliver in-depth data analysis and visualization of insights to clients.
Make use of local standardized & automated templates to ensure quality deliverables are standard to all
Stay up to date with, embrace & fully utilize all Nielsen processes & tools.
Foster good relationships with Client Service, Operations, Data Science, and Report Centre to ensure that
we deliver on time and in full.
Develop a trusted partnership with clients and a genuine interest in their success and ability to grow.
Drive the culture of client centricity, continuously driving to improve our clients’ experience.
Drive execution excellence, ensuring the market team is solving client needs with speed and
thoroughness, continually improving client satisfaction.
Consult with clients regarding data and reporting concerns.
Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and
specifications while meeting the company's quality standards.
Drive a deeper understanding of the role of other departments within the business and work cross-
functionally to exceed client expectations.
Embrace learning and continuous development / organic growth.
Promote the Nielsen values & culture
Attend team meetings and cross-departmental initiatives
Learn and leverage best practices within zone/vertical, scaling key learning, processes, and tools to
multiply impact across clients in a way that is simple, seamless, and continuously improving

Proven track record of data analytics.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retailer or Market Research or other industries (e.g. finance,
Education – Minimum Qualification of Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in fields such as, but not limited to Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Data Analytics, Market Research, Financial Management.
