CD Associate Manager – Customized Intelligence

 When you join the Nielsen team, you’re signing up for an experience that requires flexibility, curiosity, and passion. As an Associate Manager, Client Development & Acquisition you will:

  • Assist senior account owners (typically at the VP level) in the development of the Nielsen Innovation Practice business by collaborating on account management for multiple clients, both small and large.

  • Be accountable for supporting the business in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through excellence in partnership with Analytic groups

  • Be a strategic client partner and trusted advisor to key and complex clients

  • Work with the Client Service Manager(s) to deliver against client needs

  • Builds deep client relationships and is viewed as a trusted advisor

  • Understands Nielsen’s Innovation Practice products and services, forecasting theory and broader Nielsen solutions that impact innovation

  • Ability to manage client expectations through the life-cycle of a project, ensuring client satisfaction by providing feedback, insights and updates in a timely manner

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • 2-4 years’ experience in market research or sales

  • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude         

  • Strong Marketing/Research background

  • Relevant experience with, research techniques & experimental design

  • Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Consultative selling

  • MS Office – Advanced

  • English Proficiency – Advanced
