Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB

Candidates need to have experience in analysis, plan, design and organize, the development, setting up and operation of Web/Window-based applications to be developed with testing. Develop web applications to be accessed from Hand-held devices and all internet-capable devices via intranet – Database Management. Data Analysis and Reporting using complex SQL queries. Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Familiarity with the .NET framework 4.0 & the latest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis, plan, design and organize, the development, setting up and operation of Web/Window-based applications to be developed with testing

  • Develop web applications to be accessed from Hand-held devices and all internet-capable devices via intranet – Database Management

  • Data Analysis and Reporting using complex SQL queries

  • Configure the Web applications on the Company's Server – Optimize structural design and to appraise the performance and consistency of developed applications' designs

  • Evaluate, test, troubleshoot, promote and develop maintenance procedures for live web/window applications

  • Provide technical support to end-users

  • Providing multiple reports & presentation, follow up, query resolution, KPIs with project manager & field team.

Tech Skills

  • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems

  • Familiarity with the .NET framework 4.0 & the latest

  • Familiarity with the Mono framework

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

  • Skill for writing reusable C# libraries

  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

  • Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Nancy

  • Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework

  • A knack for writing clean, readable C# code

  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

  • Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds

  • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools

  • Familiarity with continuous integration.

  • ASP.net framework 4.0
