About this Job

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for the timely implementation, documentation &
tracking of revenue recognition, client billing, client collections, and vendor payment for
BASES. Also, serve as a liaison between the Client Service team and the finance team on
all matters relating to billing and revenue recognition.

▪ Consulting with sales (IBP) team on financial documentation

– Build relationships with assigned IBPs through regular calls, knowledge
– Be proactive to provide IBPs information efficiently to allow them to
complete their tasks FTR (First Time Right)
– Respond to IBPs with any EOA (Evidence of Agreement) issues within 48
hours of EOA submission to FCs (*with the exception of quarter or year-end,
than 24 hrs)

▪ Liaison between sales, PC’s and finance

– Handle finance related queries from the commercial team, PC (Project
Coordination) team and BASES Finance COE team
▪ External vendor payment (PO generation for Specialty Solutions)
– Ensure vendors receive payments in a timely manner
▪ Initiating revenue recognition and client billing process

– Validating documents such as- EOA (Evidence of Agreement), Lockdown
email, PO, and EOD (Evidence of Delivery) to aid recognition of revenue
– Maintain FC Tracker daily to keep status for each study in real-time
– Master daily workload through FC inbox and personal email
– Move studies to active status within 24 hours of SF (Salesforce) notification
being received.

▪ Resolving collection issues (disputed and aged items)
▪ Sending invoicing requests to the finance team. Uploading Invoices in Workbench
and client portals

Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
– Experience with the Google suite of programs including Google Docs,
Slides, Sheets, Gmail and Google+ would be an advantage
