The Human Resources Generalist is an integral part of the Corporate Talent Strategy team, which spans globally. The HR Generalist provides foundational support for managing headcount, organizational and compensation changes, and overall strategic growth of the Corporate Functions, with an eye and mindset to finding solutions and making the business run better. 




  • Headcount Management
    • Own and manage the efficient flow of headcount requests from inception through TA active recruitment, including data gathering  and accuracy, tracking, troubleshooting and escalation with TA, TS, & People ops team. 
  • Talent Strategy Support
    • Pre-review of open roles with finance before review meeting with People Team and Finance teams for backfills and incrementals
    • Content-building of People Team-related updates/topics on team All-Hands meetings (including things like creating and sending google form for anonymous questions and recognition nominations) 
    • Support on critical TS initiatives such as WFP by collecting and organizing inputs (job descriptions, succession lists, etc)
    • Owns and manages the changes for the living org charts for the Corporate functions
  • Compensation Changes 
    • Own and manage the tracking of compensation change requests throughout the team. Fielding & managing promo requests from managers directly
    • Creating, sharing and storing offer letters and documentation related to compensation changes and promotions
    • Front-line for managers asking for updates on promo requests (almost daily asks for updates)
    • Manage the repository of budgets for open Corporate roles
  • Team Support
    • Sending Employee Verifications as requested by employees
      • Pay Statement retrieval
      • Liaising with payroll on W2s for current and exited employees
    • Pull salary history reports and regular HC reporting for managers and leaders
      • Maintain clean data – run regular audits to ensure clean data




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 – 4 years of work experience (including internships)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and high level of professionalism
  • Strong analytical skills
