INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE  LATAM

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

ABOUT THIS JOB

In this role you will be managing inside sales processes across Latam, overseeing the team to guarantee the contract governance and the maintenance renewals. 

Also, you will be generating best-in-class client proposals aligned with the sales leaders across Latam, leading sales campaigns using salesforce and SalesLoft for CatMan workshops and other products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Running the end-to-end Inside Sales Administrative processes, ensuring administration and contracts governance.

  • Ensure smooth invoicing, for internal and external clients.

  • Keep all documentation centrally filed for future reference.

  • Generating proposals for standard products, assisting the local sales teams across Latam, using automation where possible.

  • Managing (digital) sales campaigns using sales navigator tools

  • Increasing the database of contacts using sales navigator tools and focusing on unlocking new sales personas.

  • Managing content and processes for Sales Training programs.

Using your analytical and effective communication skills you can provide services and solutions to our client needs. If you enjoy being in constant contact with clients and detecting their needs this is the perfect place for you. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good knowledge of MS Power Point / Google sheets/ Google slides

  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations in Power Point or Google slides

  • Accuracy and great attention to detail is a must

  • Strong Organization and Communication skills

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Flexibility to work in accordance with LATAM time zones from time to time

  • Desirable: knowledge of Salesforce/ SAP and Salesloft

  • Proficient in Business English (it will be tested)

  • Great communication skills

  • Knowledge of Google Suite

  • Has ability to work under time pressure

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to organise processes into standard ‘way of working’

  • Good in building visually appealing Power Point/proposals

EDUCATION:

 Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of work experience
