Field Operations and Panel Recruitment – USA Hanover, Maryland 

 

Nielsen has immediate openings for (Part-Time) entry level Mail Assistants. Average work week of 25 hours (M-F) between the hours of 9am and 2pm.

Position Overview
Mail Assistant assembles multiple packages for outgoing mail by hand.

Job Responsibilities
 

  • Apply live postage according to established postage schedule

  • Prep materials for mailing

  • Assemble all Top Tier and Mid Tier outgoing packages for first mails and re-mails on a daily basis

  • Assemble and mail all Custom studies

  • Label and mail postcards as needed

  • Perform quality control checks on quality control as needed

  • Check incoming materials from print/other vendors prior to stocking for daily use

  • Implement booklet/diary paste-overs whenever necessary

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be willing to work on-site

Position Requirements
 

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be reliable 

  • Must be a team player within the department. 

  • Must possess good verbal and written skills to interact with co-workers.
  • Must maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
 

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn
