Field Operations and Panel Recruitment – USA Oldsmar, Florida
To label, insert and mail daily recruitment material to selected household samples.
This position is responsible for accurately preparing and processing timely high volume mailings for all cycles within the department. The mailings are conducted, daily, weekly or monthly.
Will assist in accurately preparing and completing special mailing for other departments as requested.
To provide low-level direction to employees assisting on the ink-jet systems and inserting.
Responsibilities include being able to set up ink-jet systems and inserting machines. Ensure adjustments are correctly made for the various size and thickness of material used.
Will access the correct program and files to label postcards, letters and surveys via computer operating system.
Will maintain all systems by making minor repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities will also include applying postage stamps to specific outgoing mailings, inserting and pulling POR's.
All incentives received for a job must be verified before and accounted for after the job is complete.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Must have 1-2 years in a direct mail environment.
Basic knowledge in the operation of ink-jet and inserting equipment.
Basic knowledge of MS Windows and Google Suite.
The ability to operate and maintain mailing equipment making minor repairs and adjustments.
Must be able to follow Post Office regulations as it applies to mailing and receiving presort discounts, as assigned.
Must be a team player within the department.
Must possess good verbal and written skills to interact with co-workers.
Will maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Must be able to lift 60+ pounds.
Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed)
