Plan, organize, lead and control the activities and resources within the area of operation (including data collection, data processing, data analysis or quality control) in order to provide the highest possible quality of information and processing support within the approved schedule, cost and specifications.



  • Operations
    • Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule of the assigned project
    • Manage resources effectively (including manpower allocation) to ensure a more effective and efficient discharge of department’s function
    • Ensure department plans / schedules / issues are communicated with other related departments for further action planning
    • Discuss special requirements and provide technical advise to client service counterparts or clients related to the specialized area
    • Ensure proper project costing
    • Ensure data and systems back-up are created and maintained
    • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements
    • Assist staff on technical problems regarding the area of operation
  • Systems / Process Management
    • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
    • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
  • People Management
    • Set objectives and monitor performance for the team
    • Ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilize effective disciplinary actions when appropriate
    • Address professional development goals and needs of direct reports
    • Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures


•    6 to 9 years Data Collection / Data Processing / Data Analysis / Quality Control experience desired
•    Knowledge of market research industry and statistics
•    College graduate (BA / BS desired)
•    Supervisory skills (at least 2 years in supervisory positions)
•    Project management skills
•    Communications skills
•    Burmese – Native level, English – Business level
