Job Description


As the new Nielsen Consumer Intelligence Business Unit begins our journey, we are laser focused on placing the highest quality consumer insights and powerful new tools directly into the hands of our clients. The Solution Consulting Executive will focus on providing deep expertise to ensure our products and technology resonate with our clients, are fit for value, and come to life. As Sales Engineers and Transition Specialists, we will play a critical role in support of client sales, the launch of our new solution and platforms at each client, and liaise with our Product & Technology organization to provide voice of manufacturers and retailers on what is needed to win. 


The  Consumer Solution Consulting executive will ensure product launches, client deployments, and feedback gathering always meet/ exceed client expectations.


  • Become an expert on CPS & Spectra products and technologies
  • Responsible for activation plan creation & follow up
  • Be an enabler & support for the sales & analytics team for launch success 
  • Provide feedback and be the client voice for future Product roadmaps 

Key initiatives underway:

  • Deployment of new Connect user tools for panel (Shopper Collections & Shopper Explorer)
  • Deployment of new Strategic insights user tool for Spectra (SSI)



You are excited to bring new and improved consumer panel data, platforms and deliverables to our teams and clients. You're energized by democratizing data and transforming client access to a self-serve model for essential shopper insights.  You enjoy engaging directly with multiple client, product and operational teams, helping them map client needs, and guiding them on what’s needed. You have a strong desire to help grow Nielsen’s consumer panel business through bringing exciting new CPS products to market, and making the adoption in clients a success


  • 2-3 years experience working with consumer panel data
  • Familiarity with panel tools and platforms (CASE, CIP, Connect Express, i-Sights, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of Google sheets and slides and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advance English
