Gracenote, a Nielsen Company is the leading provider of entertainment metadata and media recognition technology that powers discovery features for top TV, music, sports and automotive platforms.

The Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering technical solutions that provide exceptional business value to users.  The TPM is highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of the business, translating its priorities into solutions and orchestrating the successful execution of the work. They partner with the project team and stakeholders to define timelines for this work and help guide the team toward consistently meeting these timelines.  A Senior TPM can work independently and simultaneously across multiple project teams to deliver multiple areas of value to the business. They are the leader and voice of the product from a technical perspective.

The objective is to fully integrate our Metadata and Reference data systems by unification through the industry trusted Gracenote ID.  The Gracenote ID is the standard way for Nielsen to identify and link Media program metadata to the measurement data collected from those who consume it.  This system will make it easy to maintain links between the Gracenote ID and any ID system used by other internal or external systems.  The successful candidate in this role will evangelize this solution and actively reach out to teams who will benefit from this integration.
