CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE Q4 2017 PRIZE DRAW

a. New Zealand National Publications Readership Survey (Face to Face Weeks 38-48) between 14 September 2017 and 4 December 2017:

will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Quarter 4 2017 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible respondent for the above.

b. New Zealand Consumer and Media Voice Survey (Quarter 4, 2017) between 14 September 2017 and 10 January 2018.

will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 4, 2017 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey.  Limit of one Completed Survey (b) per eligible respondent.

2. Promotion commences on 14 September 2017 and closes on 10 January 2018.  The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above.  

3. The draw will take place at 11am on  24 January 2018.  The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winner’s name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 4 February 2018. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
